Our Maths Department is a close‑knit team of 13 staff, with a strong track record of developing teachers from their Early Career Teacher (ECT) years onwards. Many colleagues who began their careers with us have progressed into wider leadership and responsibility roles within the school, reflecting our commitment to professional growth. We pride ourselves on being a highly supportive department, where collaboration and mutual trust are central to our ethos. Shared planning and consistent approaches ensure clarity, coherence, and high standards across all classrooms. This is an ambitious, welcoming department where staff are valued, supported, and encouraged to thrive.
