The successful candidate will be joining a thriving and oversubscribed school across all year groups, with a strong reputation for excellence, care, and community.

This role has become available due to the existing PE teacher changing roles to ‘Unit Manager’, the school’s Internal Alternative Provision.

The successful applicant:

Will be an excellent practitioner
Must be able to motivate, challenge and inspire pupils to succeed in PE
Must be committed to improving the outcomes for all pupils
Will have high expectations of themselves and the pupils
Will have excellent communication skills and the ability to develop and improve practice in themselves and others
Must be passionate about the development and implementation of the PE curriculum
Will be up to date with relevant pedagogy, apply this to their teaching and promote it to others
Must be committed to leading extracurricular activities

Essential Educational Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status
Degree or equivalent
