The successful candidate will deliver engaging and creative Design and Technology lessons that inspire students to develop practical skills, creativity, and problem-solving abilities. You will be committed to high standards of teaching and learning, able to motivate and challenge students of all abilities, and eager to contribute to a collaborative and supportive department.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design and Technology or a related field
- At least 1 year of teaching experience at the secondary level
- Strong knowledge of the Key Stage 3 Design and Technology curriculum
- Ability to plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons for diverse learners
- Effective classroom management skills and the ability to motivate students
- Proficiency in relevant design software/tools is desirable
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
