If so St Wilfrid’s is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and confident Careers Co-Ordinator to join our Careers Team.  St Wilfrid’s Catholic School is a welcoming and inclusive school located in Crawley, West Sussex, committed to providing high-quality education and support to all our students. We are currently seeking a motivated Careers Co-Ordinator to join our Careers team.

While previous experience in providing careers advice would be beneficial, we’re ultimately seeking the right person. Strong organisational and communication skills, along with a flexible, adaptable attitude, are essential however if you haven’t worked in a careers-focused role before, you may have valuable transferable skill so please take a look at the job description. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and have a desire to empower students to explore a wide range of career pathways.

Role Overview:
As a Careers Co-Ordinator, you will play an important role in supporting students with their career planning and development. You will work closely with staff, students, and external partners to provide information, advice, and guidance on future education, training opportunities, and employment options.
