History and Politics Teacher

We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated History and Politics Teacher to join our Social Sciences department. This position focuses on teaching Key Stage 3 students, helping them develop critical thinking skills and an understanding of historical events and political systems.

Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in History, Politics, Education or a related field is required.
– Minimum of 1 year teaching experience at the secondary level preferred.
– Strong knowledge of Key Stage 3 curriculum requirements for History.
– Ability to deliver engaging lessons that inspire student interest in history and politics.
– Excellent communication skills with both students and colleagues.
– Competent classroom management skills ensuring a positive learning environment.
– Ability to assess student progress effectively using various assessment methods.
