We are seeking to appoint a highly effective and innovative Head of Music (Maternity Leave) to lead and develop the work and success of the Music department. The Music department is well established, resourced and produces positive outcomes for our students. We wish to appoint a leader with the ability to inspire, engage and motivate students and one that can take the curriculum forward to the next stage.

St Catherine’s is a highly successful, oversubscribed girls’ school with high quality accommodation and resources. It is forward-thinking and enjoys great results. In Music our students follow the Eduqas GCSE course and Soundtrap for the GCSE coursework. The department is accommodated in a suite of two Music classrooms each fully networked with Clever Touch boards in our Arts block. We also have a suite of Music practice rooms.
