Over the summer, we have been busy updating, redesigning, and improving the security of our website.
Secruity
We have gone passwordless!
What this means is that you will receive a login link in an email. This email will be sent to the registered email address associated with your account.
From the 1st November, you will not be required to enter a password; click on the Login text in the email.
Please ensure your user information is up to date. To check your user information.
- Log in to your Account
- Click on Edit Establishment profile
- Scroll down to Registered User details
- Check that the email address is correct, and update it if required.
We cannot change usernames.
Dashboard
As you can see, we have split your Dashboard into two halves. The Grey area has all the links for adding and managing your job listings. We have also added two new links, which are explained in more detail below.
The White area displays your account information and the option to manage and edit your profile. You can also view our online support tutorials.

Priority Telephone Support
Effective from 1st September, all members will have access to our priority telephone support. To request support, click on the Priority Telephone Support link in your dashboard.
Announcements
When you have a new Announcement, you will be alerted by a blue bar at the top of the login page and on your Dashboard page. To view your announcements, you must be signed in.
Request us to Post your Job for you
From the 1st September 2025, we will be withdrawing this free service.
