We’re excited to announce a major update to Catholic Recruitment accounts that makes managing your jobs easier and more collaborative than ever before.
Until now, only a single user could manage an employer account. With our latest update, organisations can now add multiple users to their account, allowing teams to work together more effectively.
What’s New?
✅ Primary Account holders can now add team members to their company account through My Account.
✅ Shared Job Management Matched company team members can now:
- Create jobs
- Edit jobs
- Mark jobs as filled
- Delete jobs
This means your recruitment team can work together seamlessly without relying on one person to manage all vacancies.
✅ Primary Account Control The Primary Account holder maintains overall control and can remove users from the account whenever needed.
How many additional users can you add?
- Foundation Members: Up to 3 additional users
- Community Members: 1 additional user
- CMAT Foundation Members: Unlimited additional users
- CMAT Community Members: Up to 10 additional users
✅ There is no charge for adding additional users.
Why This Matters
This is one of the most significant account management updates we’ve introduced. By moving away from the previous one-user-only model, organisations can now:
