St Antony’s RC School is seeking to appoint an organised, accurate, and highly motivated Exams and Data Manager to join our administration team. This is an excellent opportunity for a professional with strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills to play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of examinations and school data systems.
The successful candidate will oversee the administration, organisation, and delivery of internal and external examinations while also supporting the management and analysis of school data to help drive student progress and achievement.
Main Responsibilities
Examinations
- Organise and administer all internal and external examinations in line with JCQ regulations.
- Liaise with examination boards regarding entries, timetables, and results.
- Prepare examination materials, seating plans, and invigilation arrangements.
- Recruit, train, and manage invigilators.
- Ensure secure handling and storage of examination papers and student data.
- Coordinate access arrangements for students with additional needs.
- Support students and staff during examination periods.
Data Management
- Maintain accurate student data using the school’s management information system.
- Produce reports and analyse data relating to attendance, assessment, attainment, and progress.
- Support senior leaders with data analysis and reporting.
- Assist with census returns and statutory data submissions.
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance with GDPR requirements.
The Successful Candidate Will Have
- Experience in school administration, examinations, or data management.
- Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
- Strong ICT skills, including Microsoft Office and school data systems.
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
- The ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to supporting students and school improvement.
