Year Mentor

Are you passionate about supporting young people to achieve their full potential? Do you have the skills to guide, motivate, and inspire students in a caring and inclusive environment? If so, we’d love you to join our team at Saints Peter and Paul Catholic High School as Year Mentor (Assistant Head of Year).

We are seeking a Year Mentor to provide support and guidance to students, helping them overcome barriers to learning and thrive both academically and personally. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people within our Catholic school community.

Hours: 37 hours per week.

We are looking for:

• A caring, approachable individual with excellent communication skills.
• Experience working with young people in an educational or pastoral setting.
• A person with strong organisational skills and the ability to build positive relationships.
• A commitment to supporting the holistic development of every child.
