CTK actively supports and take part in the government’s Taking Teaching Further scheme. We are now seeking to appoint a
Business professional as Trainee Teacher of Business at our St Mary’s site. This is an exciting opportunity for a business
professional who is ready to share their knowledge, skills and passion with the next generation. You may be an experienced
business professional, entrepreneur, or someone with a background in areas such as finance, marketing or management who is
considering a move into teaching post-16 education.
CTK provides the opportunity and time to qualify as a teacher (Level 5). In addition, Taking Teaching Further provides for extra
support and time for people with industry experience who are moving into new teaching roles in further education to support
their early professional development.
