Cardinal Wiseman is seeking to appoint an energetic and enthusiastic Teacher of Science to join our excellent Science Department on a maternity cover basis. This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding practitioner to make a positive contribution to our school community and to support our pupils to achieve their very best in Science.
Cardinal Wiseman is a small Secondary school with a strong sense of community, where teachers and pupils show care and compassion for one another. We are looking for a well-qualified, innovative and talented teacher with secure subject knowledge and a genuine love of teaching Science. The successful candidate will be an excellent classroom practitioner who is committed to high expectations, positive relationships and ensuring that all pupils are supported to make progress.
This 12 month maternity cover role would suit an ECT, an experienced teacher or someone looking to develop their practice within a supportive and ambitious department. You will be joining a committed team who work collaboratively to provide high-quality teaching and learning and who are passionate about improving outcomes for our pupils.
We are looking for someone who will quickly become part of our team and make a positive contribution to the wider life of the school during the period of maternity cover.
