Job Description:
As a Teacher of Science at Broughton Hall Catholic High School, you will be responsible for planning, preparing, and delivering engaging lessons that inspire students aged 14-16. You will support students’ learning needs while promoting scientific knowledge and critical thinking skills in line with the national curriculum.
Skills and Qualifications:
– A strong understanding of science subjects relevant to Key Stage 4 (Biology, Chemistry, Physics)
– Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or working towards QTS
– Ability to plan effective lessons that meet diverse student needs
– Good communication skills with both students and colleagues
– Willingness to engage in continuous professional development
