The Governors are seeking to appoint an ambitious and dynamic full time Teacher of Science. The successful candidate will join this key department, teaching across all key stages. The post-holder will set high expectations for all pupils, deepening their knowledge and understanding and maximising achievement in this subject area. Bellerive FCJ Catholic College is a highly aspirational school located In Liverpool and is a single academy where decision-making and expenditure remains within the control of the school. The Governors believe this has contributed to the school maintaining its strong, cohesive community, which inspires great loyalty from pupils and parents. Students within KS4 follow a broad and balanced curriculum, which enables pathways appropriate to individuals and progression into our growing Sixth Form, university and the world of work. The Science Department are committed to an ambitious and exciting curriculum from KS3 through to KS5. We offer separate science pathways at KS4 as well as A-Level and Applied at post-16.
