We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and highly motivated teacher of maths who is inspirational
in the classroom and will make a substantial contribution to the further development of this ‘Good’ school from Easter 2026.
The successful candidate will have the qualities to motivate and inspire our students and always bring out the best in them.
You will be required to teach maths both at KS3 and KS4, have strong classroom management skills and excellent subject knowledge.
Monitoring and tracking the progress of students through data and achieving the best possible outcomes for them is essential, as is the ability to work effectively as part of the maths team.
As standard, we offer ongoing CPD both in-house and through the Calderdale & Kirklees Teaching Hub, covering all aspects of teaching, learning and leadership.
The successful candidate would also undertake the role of Achievement Coordinator, being responsible for the leadership, management and organisation of the achievement of one year group.
