Teacher of Maths, Teacher and Learning Development Lead (TLR2B)

·         Deliver high-quality, inspiring Maths lessons that secure strong progress for all pupils.

·         Lead on agreed departmental teaching and learning priorities, such as curriculum implementation, mastery approaches or assessment development.

·         Model excellent practice and support colleagues through coaching, mentoring and professional dialogue.

·         Contribute to curriculum development to ensure well-sequenced, evidence-informed Maths provision across Key Stages 2–4, supporting a seamless transition from primary to secondary.

·         Support departmental monitoring, such as learning walks, pupil voice and book reviews, helping to drive continuous improvement.

·         Contribute to whole-school teacher development, including CPD design and delivery, participation in research cycles and promoting evidence-informed practice.

·         Uphold and promote the school’s strong Christian ethos and contribute to our high-expectations culture.
