About the role:
You will:
- Teach Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4
- Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire creativity and technical skill
- Contribute to curriculum development within a supportive and innovative department
- Promote a culture of high expectations and outstanding behaviour for learning
- Support extracurricular opportunities such as exhibitions, competitions, and enrichment clubs
We are looking for a teacher who is:
- Passionate about Art and Design education
- Skilled in a range of artistic disciplines (e.g., fine art, graphics, 3D design, photography, digital media)
- Committed to raising achievement for all students
- Organised, reflective, and eager to develop professionally
- A strong team player with excellent communication skills
