About the role:

You will:

• Teach Art and Design across Key Stages 3 and 4
• Plan and deliver engaging, high-quality lessons that inspire creativity and technical skill
• Contribute to curriculum development within a supportive and innovative department
• Promote a culture of high expectations and outstanding behaviour for learning
• Support extracurricular opportunities such as exhibitions, competitions, and enrichment clubs

We are looking for a teacher who is:

• Passionate about Art and Design education
• Skilled in a range of artistic disciplines (e.g., fine art, graphics, 3D design, photography, digital media)
• Committed to raising achievement for all students
• Organised, reflective, and eager to develop professionally
• A strong team player with excellent communication skills
