We are seeking a confident, innovative, and inspirational leader who can build on our many strengths while making changes where needed. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to maintain strong and positive relationships across the whole school community and will participate fully in every aspect of school life.
We are seeking a Headteacher who:
- Is a practising Catholic with a clear vision for, and a strong commitment to, Catholic education and the distinctive mission of a Catholic school.
- Has the proven ability to lead and develop outstanding teaching and learning, with the knowledge and expertise to maximise progress, attainment, and achievement for all pupils.
- Is an excellent communicator with strong management skills, able to lead, support, and work collaboratively and professionally with the whole staff team.
- Has a successful track record of developing and supporting high-quality teaching and support staff, and of implementing effective whole-school initiatives.
- Is hardworking, well organised, and highly motivated, with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.
- Will embrace the role with integrity, energy, and confidence, providing inspirational leadership to the whole school community
