Premises Assistant

Our Lady & St John RC High School is a proud member of the Romero Catholic Academy Trust.

The Board of Directors of the Romero Catholic Academy Trust, alongside The Governors of Our Lady & St John RC High School, are seeking to appoint a motivated, organized, and conscientious Premises Assistant to join our Site Team.

The successful candidate will work alongside the Premises Manager and will have experience of working within a maintenance/premises function either within education or in another sector.  The Premises Assistant will undertake a wide range of duties and responsibilities connected with the fabric and grounds of the school, assist in the maintenance and security of the school premises and site, ensuring a safe working environment.

We are looking for someone who:

·         Is confident working with a diverse range of people

·         Has experience of undertaking manual tasks, site maintenance and repairs

·         Possesses good communication skills and can work as part of a team or alone

·         Has a flexible attitude to work

·         Possesses the ability to work in an organised and methodical manner

·         Has good literacy and numeracy skills

·         Has excellent attention to detail

·         Holds a full, clean driving licence
