Position: Learning Support Assistant
Type: Learning Support

30 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time plus 1 week), salary is paid pro rata according to experience and qualifications.

Job Description:
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other staff to support the learning and development of students. Your role will involve assisting pupils in the classroom, helping them engage with lessons, and supporting their individual needs to ensure they achieve their full potential.

Skills and Qualifications:
– No previous experience required; full training will be provided
– Good communication skills, both verbal and written
– Patience, empathy, and understanding when working with children
– Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
– Basic literacy and numeracy skills
