Salary Range:  point 21 – 24 (£33.143 – £35,412) pro rata

Actual salary approximately £29,414 – £31,428

Staring salary dependent on qualifications and experience

Term Time Only (39 weeks), 36 hours per week

Monday – Friday, 8.00am to 4.15pm (4pm on Fridays) (one-hour unpaid lunch break)

We are seeking to appoint an Inclusion Manager who will play a vital role in supporting our pupils who are vulnerable and/or have additional needs.

The successful candidate will:

  • be accountable for the support and subsequent performance of pupils who are vulnerable and/or have additional needs.
  • strive to constantly raise the attainment of these pupils and meet the specific needs of each identified individual
  • possess excellent organisational skills including with external agencies to maximise support and opportunities for pupils at Upton
  • have the ability to work independently, be adaptable and have excellent communication skills
  • provide professional guidance to colleagues and share good practice, working closely with staff, parents and other agencies
  • have an up to date knowledge of SEND diagnoses and accommodations.
  • have an ability to use ICT for teaching and learning
  • have a willingness to contribute to the ethos of the school

Upton Hall School is a Roman Catholic Grammar School for girls. There over 1000 girls on roll and it is oversubscribed. Facilities are outstanding. The school has academy status.
