As a middle leader, you will lead the curriculum from Year 7 to Year 13, ensuring it is coherent, expertly taught and enriched with high-quality resources. You will inspire colleagues, nurture subject pedagogy and enhance subject knowledge through coaching, mentoring and modelling best practice. Your leadership will strengthen our culture of excellence, high expectations and continual improvement, helping students achieve exceptional outcomes.
