The Deputy Head Pastoral will take key responsibility for the pastoral life of the School and will lead the Pastoral Leadership Team, working closely and collaboratively alongside other key members of the School’s Senior Leadership Team of which they are part. Given the importance placed on Safeguarding and student welfare in general at Woldingham, the Deputy Head Pastoral is the school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) in accordance with Keeping Children Safe in Education (KCSIE) and the Independent School Standards.
