Cover Supervisor

We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and confident Cover Supervisor to join our team as soon as possible. This position is a permanent role working term time only plus inset days. The working hours are 08.30 to 15.20 Monday to Friday on a Grade 6 salary which ranges from £21,337 to £22,369 and includes Crawley Weighting.

The key role of a Cover Supervisor is to work closely with our students across a range of subjects and to ensure they maintain their learning in the absence of their regular teacher. We are looking for candidates with strong organisational and interpersonal skills, who are confident, inspiring and who can make a real difference for students in the classroom. A full programme of training and support will be provided.
