The Careers, Progression & Work Experience Coordinator supports students’ future pathways by coordinating the school’s careers programme, work experience provision and post‑16/18 progression activities. The role builds strong partnerships with employers and education providers, organises key careers and Sixth Form events, and maintains high‑quality guidance resources. Central to the role is promoting aspiration, ensuring positive destinations, and contributing to the school’s ethos of helping every student achieve their potential.
