St Cuthbert’s Catholic High School is seeking a committed and compassionate Behaviour, Rewards and Inclusion Officer to join our well‑established pastoral team. This is an excellent opportunity to work in a school with a strong ethos, a supportive staff culture and a long tradition of educational excellence.
In this role, you will help oversee our internal inclusion provision, including the Savio Centre, a calm and purposeful SEMH space offering pupils structured support and an alternative to exclusion. You will provide tailored learning packages, steady guidance during moments of emotional dysregulation and help pupils build the confidence and self-regulation skills needed for success.
Working closely with pastoral leaders and the SENCO, you will contribute to personalised support plans, maintain constructive relationships with families and help promote a restorative, caring and consistent approach to behaviour.
The role also involves monitoring rewards, sanctions and targeted interventions, producing clear behaviour insights for senior leaders and supporting the ongoing review of pastoral and behaviour-related policies.
St Cuthbert’s offers a collaborative environment where staff are supported, developed and encouraged to excel. Colleagues value the strong sense of community, shared purpose and the opportunity to make a meaningful difference every day.
If you are motivated, empathetic and eager to contribute to a team that has real impact, we would warmly welcome your application.
Application forms and further information are available by following the link on our website for submission by 9:00am on Wednesday 18th March 2026.
All applications should be made online via our online recruitment portal. Interviews will be held on a date to be confirmed.
