Boost Your Visibility

Once confirmed, we’ll feature your logo on our website and marketing materials. You’ll also receive a promotional toolkit to help spread the word via newsletters, your website, and social media.

Pathways Rooms – Inspire and Inform

At each careers fair, we host two dedicated Pathways Rooms running a series of short, interactive presentations throughout the day. These sessions are designed to support attendees in taking their next step into training or employment. We expect participating schools and colleges to offer a presentation or workshop in our Pathway Rooms.

Why get involved?

Delivering a Pathways session is a fantastic way to:

Showcase your school, college, or MAT as an employer of choice
Share expertise and practical advice with potential candidates
Build connections with individuals actively seeking opportunities

Session Format:

Duration: 20 minutes per session
Structure: A short presentation followed by time for questions
Audience: Attendees interested in teaching, support roles, or training pathways

Suggested Topics:

Unlock your confidence before applying for a job
Supercharge your employability skills
Become a teaching assistant
Your path to becoming a teacher
Supporting pupils with special educational needs
From volunteer to professional: Steps into a career in education

Benefits for Exhibitors:

Increase visibility and interest in your vacancies

Position your organisation as a thought leader

Engage directly with motivated candidates

Taster Sessions – Bring Your School to Life

Schools and colleges can also offer taster sessions, inviting attendees to visit your setting for a supervised tour, meet staff, and learn about vacancies. Exhibitors who offer taster sessions typically see higher application rates. This is your chance to demystify working in a Catholic school and make a lasting impression.

Be Part of Something Bigger

This event is a flagship initiative by Catholic Recruitment, created to inspire and attract talented teachers and dedicated support staff who share a passion for shaping the future of children and young people in Catholic schools and colleges.

Don’t miss your chance to connect with them. Secure your exhibitor space today!

Please ensure a copy of your insurance certificate is sent to careers.fair@catholicrecruitment.uk no later than 7 days before the event.
