Teacher of Spanish and French – Maternity Cover – September 2027 for 1 academic year
Our successful, supportive and motivated MFL department is seeking a committed and enthusiastic teacher of Spanish and French. The ideal candidate should be resourceful, dedicated, able to work collaboratively, and have excellent subject knowledge. The ability to teach French to KS4 and Spanish to KS5 is essential.
The MFL team teaches the full range of ability for pupils aged 11 to 18. We are very proud of all the languages, experiences and opportunities that are offered to our pupils and we recognise the value this subject brings to the learning experience of every student in the school. We also have British Council Modern Language Assistants to support the department.
This is an exciting opportunity for a teacher who has a passion for languages and wants to inspire students to enjoy language learning and achieve their full potential. We would welcome applications from both ECTs and more experienced teachers.
The curriculum breakdown in the advert is subject to timetable for September. The role is to teach Spanish and French to KS3, Spanish and French to KS4 and Spanish at KS5.
