COVID-19

Our website is up and running as normal. We are updating the website with new job listings and news articles each day. Our office and support desk are operating as normal (Remote Working).

We would recommend to all employers and job seekers that they conduct all interviews by Skype. Skype is free to use for video calls.

Our support team are happy to assist either job seekers or employers to install Skype on their system for free. You will need to have an active email address and access to your email.

On Windows and MAC OX our support are able to share your screen, so we can install and configure Skype with you.

On mobile and tablets, this will be via a telephone call to talk you through the process. If possible please supply a landline telephone number we can call you on if you need assistance on installing Skype on your phone.

Please do not to call our office asking for support, please complete and submit our online support request.

You can also use Skype to keep in contact with family and friends

Tip: Before answering or making a video call check your background, what (who) is behind you!

Stay Alert

  • Only go outside for food, health reasons or work (but only if you cannot work from home)
  • If you go out, stay 2 metres (6ft) away from other people at all times
  • Wash your hands as soon as you get home

Do not meet others, even friends or family.

You can spread the virus even if you don’t have symptoms.
