£31-35,000 Per Annum
To support the excellent staff and team delivering the dynamic Residential Retreat Programme and creative Outreach for young people.
Main responsibilities will include:
- Team recruitment
- Marketing
- Training
- Representing KYT Youth Ministry with Stakeholders
- Administration
- Line management responsibilities
- Will work closely with the Spiritual Director to ensure programme is effectively, efficiently and creatively delivered
- Safeguarding duties
- Regular on-call duties
