Purpose of the role:
This ‘outstanding’ Sixth Form College, based in Manchester, is looking to appoint a Facilities Manager to oversee all aspects of facilities management and to guarantee the safety, security, cleanliness and general repair of the College estate.

Hours/Contract: 35 hours per week, Full Year (1.00FTE), Permanent.
The role will involve working on a shift rota
Rota 1: 6.30am to 2pm
Rota 2: 11.30pm to 7pm
Salary: SFCA Support Staff Salary Scale point 33 – 35 (£47,644 per annum to £49,865 per annum)
Start date: ASAP
