The Governors of Our Lady’s Catholic College, Lancaster are seeking to recruit a teacher of Religious Education. We wish to appoint a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our this successful RE department. The post will require the teacher to deliver lessons in a high quality RE curriculum, ensuring they meet the needs of all students. The post holder can work with an excellent Chaplaincy in non-contact time to support the Catholic Life and Mission of the school. We require our RE teacher to be an excellent faith witness who will inspire staff and pupils.

We were recently inspected by the Catholic Schools Inspectorate. They graded us ‘outstanding’ for Catholic Life and Mission, ‘outstanding’ for Collective Worship and ‘good’ for Religious Education.

Our Lady’s Catholic College is a successful comprehensive school with an excellent sixth form provision situated in Lancaster, Lancashire. We are growing in popularity and currently oversubscribed due to recent improvements not only in results but also in pupils’ behaviour.
