This is an exciting opportunity as the school recently became part of the Holy Cross Catholic MAC and is one of the 50 schools identified as part of the Government building programme. The school is seeking a dynamic personality who will provide efficient and effective support services within the secondary school office teams, promoting the highest standards and ensuring the most effective use of resources.

This role is key to the success of the school, and we seek a Support Services Manager who has a positive attitude, who cares about making a difference to the outcomes of our children and can take others along the journey with them. The post holder will be a member of the Middle managers team .

We are looking for someone who:

  •     Has proven staff management experience
  •      Is a team player, able to multitask effectively,
  •     Has the ability to motivate staff and drive excellent Customer Service,
  •     Can demonstrate a commitment to achieving high standards
  •     Can demonstrate enthusiasm, energy and passion
