Bonus Pastor is looking to recruit an energetic and enthusiastic PE Teacher who is passionate about their subject and inspirational to their students and fellow teachers. This role is a great opportunity for an ECT or more experienced PE Teacher. This is an exciting time in our school’s journey, and as such we are seeking to appoint the right Physical Education candidate to enable us to maintain our high standards and move us forward in our next chapter.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent practitioner of Physical Education with sound subject knowledge and a love for teaching. This position would be perfect for a candidate who has desires to work with a supportive department with a forward-thinking and innovative ethos. We welcome applications from ECT’s and experienced practitioners. They will be required to teach PE across KS3 and KS4, and all ability ranges.
Extracurricular activities are a strong feature of the department’s work and the person appointed will be expected to contribute to this provision according to their interests and specialisms. We have been successful in recent years, across the department, in increasing participation through a range of initiatives and experienced success in competitions across a variety of sports. The successful candidate will be expected to help enhance our participation and the competitive elements of our program.
