Emmaus Catholic Academy Trust is dedicated to providing an outstanding Catholic Education to our children and pupils. We are seeking to expand our central team and appoint an Office Manager to support our Executive Administrative Manager with the strategic delivery of administrative systems across our central office.

The post would be suitable for an extensively experienced, enthusiastic, innovative and forward thinking administrative professional looking to join a growing CAT, someone who possess the skills and determination to lead the central administrative service and team of administrators.

The Office Manager will support the Executive Administrative Manager with ensuring that the central team has an effective, supportive and responsive administrative service by leading the delivery of high quality and effective systems.

The role will contribute to the planning, development and organisation of administrative systems, procedures and policies across multiple disciplines to include, but not inclusive of, health & safety and statutory compliance, human resources, absence management and recruitment, governance and statutory returns, data protection, IT & website management, marketing, people and resource management, and general event logistics.

This successful candidate will support with continually assessing, monitoring, exploring and developing systems to ensure high standards of professional administrative services are available across the Central Team and our schools.

Contract/Hours of work: Full-time, 35hrs per week, permanent, all year round

Location: Based at the CATs Central Offices in Sale with occasional travel to schools across Greater Manchester.
