The SEND department is at the heart of the College and has an outstanding reputation for managing the complex needs of those students with specific EHC plans and many other SEND students who have a wide range of special educational needs. As a result of the significant increase in demand of those with EHC plans choosing Bonus Pastor Catholic College as their school of choice we are looking to appoint outstanding candidates who may be qualified to degree level or hold relevant professional qualifications and/or experience to join our successful SEND department. You will need to demonstrate passion, enthusiasm, and an absolute commitment to improving the life chances of all our SEND students regardless of background or ability.
