LEAD TEACHER OF MATHEMATICS
MPS/UPS + TLR 2B
Salary Details: £31,650- £49,084 per annum plus TLR 2b £5,646 per annum depending on relevant teaching experience and in accordance with the Teachers’ Pay and Conditions

As the Lead Teacher in mathematics, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of teaching and learning within the mathematics department to promote student engagement, understanding, and academic success, particularly in preparation for the GCSE and A Level examinations.
We wish to appoint a passionate and creative teacher with a strong background in teaching mathematics and a proven track record of successful teaching and improving student outcomes, particularly at GCSE, to join our already strong and supportive Maths team.
We are a heavily oversubscribed school, recently graded outstanding in all categories by Ofsted in January 2025 for the fourth time in succession. Maths is a strong department, contributing to the success of the school, and it is extremely well resourced. Our excellent buildings are situated on a lovely green site on the fringe of the city.
