We are seeking to appoint a part-time HR Administrator on a fixed-term basis to join our team and cover a period of maternity leave, likely to end in June 2025.

As the HR Administrator, your responsibilities would include:

  • Work with the HR Team with onboarding tasks, ensuring all actions are completed in a timely manner, as per the Master Recruitment Spreadsheet
  • Manage the leaver process, including preparation of acceptance letters, preparing leaver forms and updating the HR systems accordingly
  • Respond to reference requests in a timely manner
  • Assist with the annual new staff induction days, and other INSET days as required
  • Assist with the administration and maintenance of the HRIS (HR Information System) and Single Central Register, ensuring the integrity of the data entered

What we are looking for:

  • A good standard of English and Maths (essential)
  • Strong administrative skills and ability to prioritise effectively (essential)
  • Ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines (essential)
  • CIPD level 3 (desirable)
  • Experience of working within HR or a similar environment (desirable)
