Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
33 ½ hours per week, Term time only plus 1 training day
Working hours Monday – Friday between 8.00am-5.00pm

Are you passionate about seeing pupils with Autistic Spectrum Conditions succeed in their education and supporting families and young people to transition successfully to adulthood?
This new position will support pupils within our new specialist resource provision. Supporting pupils with complex SEN needs which are currently unable to access mainstream education and deliver teaching and learning resources under the direction of the class teacher. We are looking to recruit a committed and enthusiastic individual into the Specialist Learning Support role. You should be resilient, flexible and enthusiastic, and have a strong understanding of classroom practice and working with variety of pupils with ASC needs. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential.
The successful candidate will have experience in working with children aged between 11 -19 years old with ASC, training will be given as appropriate.
