About the School
Founded by the Sisters of Notre Dame in 1869, Notre Dame is a well-established coeducational Catholic Academy and a member of St Joseph’s Multi Academy Trust.

About the Role
- To be the Head of Year and support the education, development, welfare and safety of students.
- To be the first point of call for students, staff, parents and visitors in regards to the year group.
- To take responsibility for the implementation of PSHE to the year group.
- To assist in behaviour management strategies and the smooth implementation of the behaviour policy (including the manning of reflection, on call and patrol).
- To work with the attendance team to improve attendance in your year group.
- To monitor individual students’ needs and report to the Assistant Headteacher as applicable.
- To liaise with SLT, SENCO and external agencies in order to coordinate areas of support as appropriate.

- Experience of working with children
