It is an exciting time to join St Edward’s School. Pupil numbers are expanding and we are seeking to appoint a qualified Teacher, with curriculum strength in RE. This position is a reserved post, the successful applicant must be a Roman Catholic.
The successful candidate will be an innovative, reflective practitioner who can demonstrate a willingness to adapt and learn. Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience of working with children with SEMH.
The vision of St Edward’s School and as such, the intent of the curriculum, is to be able to provide every child with access to an accredited education at a level appropriate to them, further tailored to meet their needs with opportunities for vocational learning. This combined with support to help them to learn strategies to deal with the anxiety and challenges they face, which impact on their self-belief, will enable them to succeed in education and beyond.
Contract: Permanent, full time, term-time only contract.
Salary range: U1 to U2, commensurate to experience plus SEN allowance.
Start Date: 1st September 2025.
