We are seeking to appoint an experienced and enthusiastic Head of Learning Support / SENCo to lead the School in its provision for students with Special Educational Needs. This post has arisen due to the retirement of the current post-holder.

The person appointed will have specialist knowledge and experience of the wide range of specific learning difficulties. They should hold a specialist qualification, such as the Level 7 Postgraduate Diploma for Teachers of Pupils with Specific Learning Difficulties, and should be familiar with the Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) regulations regarding the processing of access arrangements for public examinations. They will also be required to teach small groups of students within the Senior School.
