Catholic Multi Academy Trust / Phase: Secondary with sixth form / Role: Teaching / Lecturing
We are urgently looking to appoint an outstanding technician to support our Design, Food Technology and Art departments at St Columba’s.
The technician will support with the day-to-day tasks of preparing for lessons, post-lesson clear up, stock room control, food hygiene and safety, Health & Safety, cleaning/tidying areas, using tools and any other duties that come with supporting teaching and learning within the departments. The post would suit someone who is willing to learn on the job, complete relevant in house or out house training and have an interest in Design Technology, Food Technology and Art. Most of all, you need to be motivated by assisting our teaching staff in delivering the Design Technology and Art Curriculum.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organisational skills, with particular strengths in time management and delivering a quality service to the school. Good IT literacy would be helpful in this role.
