Stuart Bathurst Catholic High School is a rapidly improving school with strong leadership and is committed to the success of all students. Stuart Bathurst is situated in Sandwell close to motorway links so highly accessible from all areas of the West Midlands.

We are looking to recruit a qualified and talented Behaviour and Inclusion Manager to take the lead in ensuring pastoral interventions for students are implemented and appropriate systems are used to track, monitor and evaluate student progress, especially for vulnerable students. The role will play a key part in maintaining our low exclusion rates, improving engagement and ensuring the development of high performing, impactful behaviour systems in school.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of all areas of Behaviour and Inclusion within secondary schools, with an awareness of the range of strategies available to address the differing behaviour needs which exist inside and outside the classroom.

Our ideal candidate will be a skilled practitioner who is dedicated to securing high levels of positive behaviour for all our students through consistent support, monitoring and interventions.

The successful applicant will be a strong team player, committed to the school’s ethos of high expectation and aspiration for all.
