This is an exciting opportunity for an outstanding and highly motivated individual to join Mount Carmel RC High School as an Assistant Headteacher supporting the Deputy Headteacher responsible for pastoral care, in all aspects of attendance, behaviour and attitudes.
The successful applicant will also :
Be responsible for all aspects of personal development (pupils).
Have a proven track record of sustained improvement within pastoral care.
Have a minimum of 3 years experience as a pastoral leader.
