The Governors are seeking to appoint an Assistant Headteacher to join the Senior Leadership Team of our very successful, highly regarded and heavily oversubscribed school. We are an 11-18 boys’ Catholic comprehensive with a co-educational 6th Form in the London Borough of Barnet. Our parental community is extremely supportive of our school and staff are committed and determined to secure outstanding provision to meet the needs of all students.
We require:
- An inspirational and aspirational leader
- A proven track record in raising standards as a middle leader or senior leader
- Ambition for, and a determination to, secure outstanding provision
- Recent experience of implementing change and developing innovative curriculum provision
- A strong commitment to a flexible and collaborative management style.
