The Sacred Heart Language College

The Sacred Heart Language College is a highly successful, oversubscribed learning community for girls aged 11 – 16 with a strong tradition of academic success and active learning at its core. Our students achieve their best and are enabled to progress to further education. We require a Technician to work within the Art Department of the school. The successful candidate will be well motivated, organised and able to use his/her own initiative.

You  will work under the supervision of the teacher in charge of Art and the head of department. You will be responsible for ordering, organising and preparing materials for use in the classroom, ensuring that equipment is maintained in good order and maintain facilities. You will assist students in the classroom and teachers to prepare lessons. You will mount students’ work for display purposes. Training will be provided, particularly in Health & Safety.
