We are looking to appoint an Admissions Administrator to join our Student Recruitment and Marketing team. At Saint Francis Xavier Sixth Form College we attribute much of our student recruitment success to the strength of our Marketing department. To build on this momentum, we’re searching for an enthusiastic Admissions Administrator to work closely with the Marketing Manager.

You will be responsible for all administrative tasks within student admissions, ensuring all applications, interviews and references are recorded and processed accurately. You will also assist the Marketing Manager with a range of initiatives, including open events, student ambassador management and enrolment. You will be an organised multitasker who enjoys working on many diverse projects at once and managing multiple deadlines. Prior admissions or student recruitment experience would be beneficial but is not essential.

On occasion, you will be required to work at interview evenings and open events for which you will be compensated by time off in lieu. The salary will be paid depending on experience on the NJC scale 7 – 10 (£27,800- 29,901), actual salary for TTO + 10 days (£24,711 – 26,579) inclusive of Inner London Weighting.
