About All Saints Catholic College
All Saints is an 11-16 school, situated near the northern boundary of Kirklees. We are a Catholic school with students attending from diverse cultural backgrounds, which contribute to the distinctive ethos. In November 2022, Ofsted judged All Saints “Good” in every category, and we received an “Outstanding” judgement from our S48 inspection by the Diocese of Leeds in June 2018.
About the role
The successful candidate will be an extremely well-organised and experienced Examination and Assessment Officer with excellent communication skills, who has the ability to prioritise workloads and ensure strict deadlines are met.
You must be a team player with a proactive approach to work and have the ability to remain composed in a busy environment. Strong IT skills (specifically in Microsoft Office) are an essential requirement, and experience of SIMS is advantageous.
This role will necessitate accuracy, attention to detail, the ability to multitask, and flexibility with working hours during examination periods.
The successful candidate will support Senior Leaders in College with the management and running of all examinations and maintaining of student records, be proficient in the use of Excel spreadsheets, reporting, data processing and analysis, and as such, should be passionate about student progress and achievement.
You will work closely with the Assistant Principal for Curriculum & Assessment and the Data Manager, and you will oversee and support our team of Exam Invigilators.
This role is 37 hours per week during term time. Working hours to be agreed. You will also work 5 additional days across the academic year (1 of these days will be at the start of September to attend whole school training, 2 days will be on designated days in August when examination results are published, the other 2 days to be agreed).
