We are currently undertaking a comprehensive restructure of all elements of leadership within school to ensure we offer the best all round provision for our pupils. We have 3 Senior Assistant Headteachers each with a whole school responsibility. These are Teaching and Learning, Behaviour & Attitudes and Vulnerable Pupils. We are seeking to appoint the best possible candidate who will have the greatest positive impact upon the school community and specific responsibilities will therefore be determined after appointment; at this level we expect candidates to have the ability to lead any area of school life.

The successful candidate will actively support our ethos and bring professionalism and academic credibility, balanced with warmth and sensitivity. We welcome discussions with the Headteacher before the closing date and, circumstances permitting, a visit to the school.
